Hello, We're sorry to read that you weren't fully satisfied with one of our products, and we understand your misunderstanding. However, it is clearly stated on the product sheet that the kits include the balls and the technical data sheet, and that accessories are optional (which also explains the low price of most of our kits). We've made this choice to leave our customers free to choose whether or not to buy needles or hooks, because some of them already own these accessories and don't feel the need to buy new ones. We made this choice to leave our customers free to choose whether or not to buy needles or hooks, because some of them already own these accessories and don't feel the need to buy new ones. The aim is to be able to compose the kit according to your needs. What's more, when we exchanged messages, you clearly indicated that you hadn't ticked the box to add the hook to your kit (which we checked when we looked at your order). So you understand that we can't send you this product free of charge because you didn't select it when you placed your order.
