III. Shipping and delivery
Any order placed on the lalainieredewazemmes.com site before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to payment validation and possible problems.

– We also offer the possibility of picking up your package at a relay point with “Mondial Relay”. This option is only valid for France, Belgium and Luxembourg. For these countries, the delivery costs are 6€.
Delivery is free from € 50 purchase only for France and from € 100 purchase for Europe.
Incomplete or non-compliant delivery (due to the carrier)
It is possible that the package is damaged or that the contents thereof have been partially or totally stolen.
If you notice such an error, please mention it on the carrier’s voucher and refuse the package.

All returned products must be returned perfectly intact, with their protective packaging, cardboard graphics and bar codes. Upon receipt of the package, lalainieredewazemmes.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise.
